• Payment Data: Processed by Payrexx (we do not store cards).

• Track progress and enable visibility (if activated)

5. Scholarships & Visibility

• Scholarship selection is handled internally by TalentiDO
• Player data may be reviewed by TalentiDO coaches and staff
• Scouts or partners only see profiles if visibility is enabled
• No data is shared publicly without user or parent consent

All payments are handled by our trusted payment partner: Payrexx (Switzerland)

TalentiDO does not store: Credit card numbers, Bank details, Payment passwords.

By purchasing, activating, or using the TalentiDO Football Pass, the player and/or their legal parent or guardian (“User”) confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

1. Nature of the TalentiDO Football Pass

The TalentiDO Football Pass is a development, assessment, and exposure program only. It is not a professional contract or academy enrolment. Services are provided on a best-effort basis.

2. Scholarship Pool (Up to CHF 100,000)

Scholarships are not guaranteed. Selection is annual and at the sole discretion of TalentiDO based on performance, attitude, and improvement. Awards range from CHF 0 to CHF 100,000.

3. Long-Term Development Pathway

Guaranteed entry means inclusion in TalentiDO’s system and ongoing evaluation. It does not guarantee professional contracts.

4. Training Sessions & Coaching

Sessions are conducted by approved coaches. TalentiDO may reschedule or cancel sessions based on availability and safety.

5. Player Assessments

Assessments are observational and non-medical. Development depends on individual effort.

6. Performance Tracking

Tracking uses accessible technology. Metrics are indicative estimates, not scientific measurements.

7. Video Content

Video clips are provided when feasible. Availability depends on equipment and conditions.

8. Matches & Competitions

Participation depends on performance and behavior. Selection is not guaranteed.

9. Exposure & Scouts

We provide opportunities, not outcomes. We do not guarantee trials or contracts.

10. Digital Profiles

Profiles and certificates are informational and non-commercial.

11. Mental Coaching

Includes motivation and confidence building. Does not constitute medical therapy.

12. Goalkeeper Training

Specific sessions are limited and subject to availability.

13. Safety & Risk

Football involves risk. TalentiDO is not liable for injuries unless caused by gross negligence.

14. Parent Communication

Updates are provided periodically based on operational capacity.

15. Discipline & Conduct

TalentiDO may suspend players for misconduct. No refunds in disciplinary cases.

16. Payments & Refunds

Payments via Payrexx. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

17. Data Protection

We comply with Swiss FADP and EU GDPR.

18. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for career outcomes. Liability is limited to the fee paid.

19. Service Changes

We may update features at any time. Equivalent alternatives may be offered.

Infringement, Liability & Compensation

Any unauthorized copying, imitation, reproduction, extraction, reuse, adaptation, or commercial exploitation of this website or any part thereof including its concept, idea, theme, structure, layout, design, visual flow, copy, branding, or overall presentation constitutes a material infringement of intellectual property and unfair competition laws applicable in Switzerland and the European Union.

In the event of such infringement, the infringing party shall be liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for:

• All direct and indirect damages, including financial loss, loss of business opportunity, and reputational harm
• Disgorgement of any profits or benefits obtained directly or indirectly from the infringement
• A contractually agreed minimum compensation of CHF 50,000 per infringement, where legally permissible, without prejudice to the right to claim higher damages
• All reasonable legal, investigative, administrative, and enforcement costs, including attorney and court fees
• Immediate injunctive and equitable relief, including permanent cessation, takedown, and destruction of infringing materials

The website owner expressly reserves the right to pursue additional civil, contractual, and statutory remedies, including interim measures, to protect its intellectual property and commercial rights.
